Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement has decided to resign from both national and provincial assemblies, according to media reports.
Altaf Hussain called an emergency meeting of MQM’s Coordination Committee to discuss the option of resigning from the assemblies.
Altaf Hussain, according to the media reports, said that there is no point in sitting in assemblies where their voices are not being heard.
MQM members will submittheir resignations in the assemblies in the morning.
